The Bath-to-Bed System — Core

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"Always my go-to gift. Every family I've bought this for has asked me to buy another."  Anna M.

You already understand the bath is more than hygiene. You're ready to build the sequence. The Core gives you the essential method tools to start tonight — nothing extra, everything essential.

What’s Inside

Hands-Free Goodnight Towel : Step 7. The Oneberrie lift
→ warmth and containment during the transition out of the bath

• Bath Swaddle : Step 3.
→ wrap-to-rest without extra handling

Washcloth : Step 4
→ gentle, consistent sensory input

Three core pieces. One repeatable sequence. 28-Night Method Guide — All 9 steps. What to do, in what order, for 28 nights.

Nine steps. Twenty-eight nights. One nervous system learning it's safe to rest.

Why It Matters

Babies don’t learn from one bath.
They learn from what happens the same way, night after night.

When the bath ends warm, contained, and steady, the body begins to recognize what comes next.

Sleep readiness starts before sleep is ever expected.

Perfect For

• Pregnant parents preparing before baby arrives
• First-time families who want a simple start
• Baby shower gifts that actually get used
• Parents who want the foundation pieces first

You don’t need more products.
You need a repeatable ending.

How to use - Towels

Newborns & Premature Babies

This stage is about close contact, warmth, and minimal handling.

  1. Hold the towel vertically against your chest
  2. Fasten the short loop with the button so the towel stays secure
  3. Lift baby to your chest using both hands
  4. Fold the towel gently up over baby’s feet
  5. Unbutton and cuddle — allowing warmth and contact to do the work

Why this matters:

Vertical positioning keeps baby close, reduces stimulation, and makes the transition out of the bath feel contained and safe.

Infants

This stage supports movement with predictability.

  1. Hold the towel horizontally across your body
  2. Fasten the long loop with the button
  3. Lift baby to your chest with both hands
  4. Fold the towel across baby’s side
  5. Unbutton and cuddle

Why this matters:

Horizontal wrapping supports growing bodies while keeping the same familiar handover signal night after night.

Non-Standing Children

This stage is about hands-free security during transition.

  1. Secure the loop and button comfortably around your neck
  2. Let the terry side face outward
  3. The soft flannel side rests against your chest
  4. Lift and wrap your child using both hands

Why this matters:

Hands-free support reduces strain while keeping contact and warmth consistent during the handover.

Standing Children

At this stage, the towel becomes a familiar closure signal.

  • Wrap your child like a burrito or superhero cape
  • Use as a regular towel while keeping the same sequence

Why this matters:

Even as children grow, the repetition of the same end-of-day signal maintains predictability.

FAQ - Best Sellers

When should I start using this?

From the first nights you want evenings to feel predictable.

This product is designed to support the evening handover — the transition where the body learns the day has ended.

The earlier it’s introduced, the easier it is for the nervous system to recognise what comes next.

Is this only for newborns?

No.

While many families start in the newborn weeks, this product doesn’t age out.

The cues it provides — warmth, touch, and sequence — remain relevant as babies grow, routines shift, and sleep changes.

That’s why many families keep using it long after the early months.

Do I need the full bundle for this to work?

No — each piece works on its own.

That said, this product works best when it’s part of a consistent sequence.

Many families start with one item and build the system over time as evenings become more established.

How is this different from a regular towel / swaddle / cloth?

Regular products perform a single task.

This product is designed to support the same moment every evening

the transition out of the bath and into rest.

Its shape, weight, and materials are chosen to reduce stimulation and maintain warmth, so the body experiences the handover as predictable rather than abrupt.

Is this a sleep training product?

No.

There’s no training, no compliance, and no expectation that your baby “does” anything.

This product supports sleep readiness, not sleep performance.

Each time the sequence is completed, the system is working — regardless of how the night unfolds.

How long before I notice a difference?

This isn’t something you wait to “kick in.”

Every evening the product is used as part of the same sequence, predictability builds.

We recommend consistent nightly use for the first 28 days to establish the pattern — then it becomes second nature.

Do I need to use this every night?

Consistency matters more than perfection.

Using it nightly helps the nervous system recognise the cue faster, but missing a night doesn’t undo progress.

Simply resume the sequence the next evening.

What if my baby already sleeps well?

That’s not a reason to wait — it’s a reason to protect what’s working.

Many families use this product specifically to maintain sleep readiness through growth spurts, regressions, and routine changes.

Is this safe for C-section recovery and postpartum healing?

Yes.

This product is designed to minimise strain during handling and transitions, while maintaining close contact and warmth.

Many parents choose it specifically to support recovery without sacrificing evening consistency.

Will my baby grow out of this?

The product adapts as your baby grows, but the role it plays stays the same.

It continues to act as a familiar cue that the day is ending — even as sleep patterns evolve.

What if it doesn’t help us?

If you use this product consistently as part of your evening sequence and don’t feel more predictability over time, reach out.

We’re happy to help you adjust how it’s used — or make it right.

Because this isn’t about selling a product.

It’s about supporting a system that should genuinely help.

The bath is the first place your baby's nervous system learns it's safe. What you do here — in these nine steps — becomes the signal their body waits for every night.

Step 1. Be Ready

Have everything within arms reach. Tip: Feed baby a little before bath.

Step 2. Warm is best

Babies, just like adults, don't like cold water. Test the temperature with your wrist. It should be warm, not hot.

Step 3. Swaddle for calm

Swaddle baby with or without diaper. This reduces their startle reflex that triggers their distress signal. Bath Swaddle

Step 4. Face First

Face, ears, neck — always first, always with the cleanest water. The gentlest introduction to contact. Done before body wash so there's no soap near the eyes or mouth. A soft washcloth, not a hand — the texture matters as much as the touch. Washcloths

Step 5 - Hair Second - Swaddled

Hold baby like a football along your forearm. Gently wash and dry their hair first — supports thermal comfort, reduces overstimulation, and sets the tone for a calm, predictable bath. This is where Bare. Wash enters the sequence for newborns — hair before body, always. Bath Swaddle

Step 6. Body wash

If cord is still on — sponge body gently while swaddled, cord stays completely dry. If cord is off — remove diaper, lower toes first, one limb at a time. No rush. The slow entry is part of the cue. As baby grows and hair washing is combined with body wash, Bare. Wash graduates to this step. Bare. Wash — graduates to Step 6 as baby grows. Same wash. Bigger baby. Same calm.

Step 7. Oneberrie Lift

Lift your baby from the water straight to your chest. Wrap and dry in your Goodnight Towel — two hands, one smooth motion, no panic. Unclasp the button with one hand while the other holds your baby securely. This is the most critical transition in the entire sequence. The calm built in the water is protected or broken here. The Goodnight Towel is what protects it. Goodnight Towel (Classic or Hooded)

Step 8. Massage the shift

Use Bare. Lotion to massage baby — start at the face, then arms, body and legs. Gentle criss-cross motions front and back. This grounds their nervous system and cues deep calm and connection. The last touch the body feels before sleep should feel like safety. Applied the same way, in the same order, every night — this becomes the closing signal the nervous system waits for. Bare. Lotion

Step 9. PJ's and the wind-down

Routine matters — but so does rhythm. Dress slowly, dim the lights, and hold them close. You've built the pattern. Now sleep can do its job. Repeat for 28 nights and the body stops waiting to be surprised — and starts expecting rest.
