That's why we offer our first-time guarantee.  If you don’t love your first bath experience with our linens, we’ll gladly send you a different size (even the usual square), or issue a full refund (minus shipping cost). Plus, you can keep your first towel as our gift to you!

We want you to feel confident in your choice, knowing that your satisfaction and your babies wellness is our priority. Enjoy the luxury and softness of Oneberrie linens worry-free

Send us an email to hello@oneberrie.ca with your order number, your first bath date and we will book a call with you to share why you didn't love it. 

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the actual shipping cost is more than original shipping cost, actual shipping cost will not be refunded.

In the instance that our product is defective:

Please send a photograph and email of the defect to Hello@Oneberrie.ca and we will happily remedy the situation. Note: Pilling is not a fabric defect. 

Due to the nature of our linens, after 90 days, we are unable to accept ANY more exchanges or returns. Sorry!
