First-Time Guarantee* (new customers, first order)

At Oneberrie, we know we are unlike anything else on the market and we believe in the quality and experience of our smart linens. That's why we offer our first-time guarantee.

If you don’t love your first bath with our towel, email hello@oneberrie.ca within 30 days of delivery with your order number and first bath date. We’ll send a different size or refund you in full (minus shipping), and you keep your first towel as our gift. One per household.

We will book a call with you to hear why you didn't love it. We want you to feel confident in your choice, knowing that your satisfaction and your babies wellness is our priority.

All other returns

Accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and unwashed, in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and a $5 restocking fee will be deducted per item over $20. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

In the instance that our product is defective:

Please send a photograph and email of the defect to hello@oneberrie.ca and we will happily remedy the situation. Note: Pilling is not a fabric defect.
