Key Ingredients and Benefits: 

* Purified Water (Aqua): This is the base of the lotion. It's a gentle and pure form of water, free from impurities and minerals found in tap water. It serves to hydrate the skin and acts as a solvent, helping to dissolve and evenly distribute the other ingredients

* Garcinia Indica (Kokum) Seed Butter: This is a rich emollient, meaning it helps to moisturize and soften the skin. It is high in fatty acids, which help to improve skin elasticity and support the skin's natural barrier function. It is sustainable. 

* Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil: A great source of antioxidants and fatty acids. It helps to protect the skin from free radical damage, combat signs of aging, and promote overall skin health.

* Aspalathus Linearis (Rooibos) Extract: An extract from the rooibos plant, this ingredient is packed with powerful antioxidants. It has anti-inflammatory properties, which help to soothe redness and irritation. It also aids in boosting collagen synthesis and protecting the skin from environmental stressors.

* Tocopherol: Also known as Vitamin E, this is a potent antioxidant that helps protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. It also has moisturizing properties, helping the skin to retain water and support its natural barrier.

Emulsifiers and Thickeners (for product texture and stability):

* Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate: This is a natural preservative derived from radish root fermented with a type of lactic acid bacteria. It has antimicrobial properties that inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi, providing a more natural way to preserve the lotion.

Other Ingredients:
 * Sodium Hydroxide: This is a pH adjuster. In a finished product like a lotion, it is used in very small, carefully calculated amounts to ensure the formula's pH is balanced and safe for topical application. It does not exist in its strong, pure form in the final product.
